How does the 15 day guarantee work?
The 15 working day guarantee does not include days where Super Auditors is waiting for information to be supplied to complete the audit.  The clock is stopped at each stage and recommences once the requested information has been received.

We will contact you each time we put the audit on hold and advise you what day the audit is currently on.   A status report and other information about the audit can be viewed online securely through the audit portal.
