All documents are uploaded directly into our system which means that you know where your client's information is held at all times. This provides the added security of protecting data both inside and outside your firm. Most importantly, all of your client's information stays in Australia, complies with Australian legal and professional standards and is covered under our Outsourcing Agreement. Do you know where your service provider transits and stores your client's information? Our system takes scanned files from most accounting and software systems. As an added benefit for those funds that we have audited in the previous year, the Trustee Representation and Terms of Engagement letters are available to download from the Audit Portal at the beginning of each financial year. This allows you to access Client Letters at your convenience and at a time that best suits your practice. Client letters for new funds can be requested through our Client Letters Service, which are provided upon request or within 1 business day if it is not urgent.
