Checkforms

Checkforms is designed to further streamline the SMSF audit process.   It replaces the manual completion of an SMSF Audit Checklist and makes Our Service entirely electronic.

Checkforms is an exciting web based application that is accessed from our secure Audit Portal and has been introduced for our valued clients.

Checkforms will allow you to create an online and customisable SMSF Audit checklist for each SMSF client.  You can simply tick each SMSF audit requirement with the click of your mouse and at the end you can: 

               Email the checkform to yourself 
               Save to complete at later date
               Email a final copy of the finished checkform to our Audit Support Team

By emailing yourself a copy of the checkform, you will have a list of the documents that you have collated so far.

You can use this list at a production team meeting, communicate to your clients what documents are still required or pass it onto your admin team to follow up and manage.

Most importantly, it provides us with a heads up of any issues with the fund as you can easily include comments and provide us with feeedback each step of the way.

Of course, you will still be able to lodge the audit if the checkform is not fully complete, but any outstanding information will be requested once we have completed our audit plan.
